    CT Scanner and Cleerly® AI:

    We utilize the lowest possible radiation dose, minimizing patient risk, while maintaining superior image quality for our CT scans. Going beyond standard cardiac tests, we partner with Cleerly® for coronary computed tomography angiography (CCTA) exams. Cleerly® is a comprehensive, AI-driven platform that quantifies and assesses coronary artery disease. The AI software quantifies atherosclerosis by measuring plaque volume, composition, length, and
    location, and evaluates stenosis severity and the presence of ischemia (reduced blood flow to certain parts of the body). The detailed Cleerly® report helps assess the patient’s true risk of a
    heart attack with higher accuracy.

    Breast Imaging

    Mammography continues to be the gold standard for breast imaging. In addition to 3D mammography, Innovative Radiology offers QTI whole breast ultrasound, hand-held ultrasound, and breast MRI as supplemental breast screening and diagnostic imaging tools. If there is a finding requiring a biopsy, we are also equipped with all biopsy options, including stereotactic, ultrasound, and MRI. Innovative Radiology was the first radiology imaging center in the country and the first and only facility in Iowa to offer QTI whole breast ultrasound—a revolutionary, radiation and compression-free breast ultrasound, ideal for dense breasts and
    implants.
