Refund policy
Unfortunately due to the nature of the product being a product or service provided by a Third party we have A Zero Refund policy. DEXA Scan certificates that are purchased thru our website are good for a period of 90 days to use from the time of purchase, unless otherwise noted.
Please note that we will do our best to attempt to schedule as quickly as possible but we do not guarantee appointments on a given day or time. At times appointments may be canceled or rescheduled due to unforeseen errors, we will provide our best efforts to reschedule as quickly as possible.
Consumer acknowledges that DEXASCAN is not practicing medicine and the voucher is conditioned upon the individual partner's intake policy and procedures, these are at the Provider Partner's discretion or, as applicable, professional judgement. Should the Provider Partner not be able to perform the service DEXASCAN shall refund the payment to the consumer within 4 business days by being notified by the Provider Partner.
Should a Third Party Provider not meet your expectations while providing a DEXA Scan please let us know and we will try our best to help and resolve the issue with the provider.
