    Metabolic assessments are your foundation. You need to know where you are starting to know where you are going and how to get there. Your goals are determined by your needs and abilities. We only recommend safe, sustainable and evidence-based practices.

  • 3: APPLY

    Apply your assessment results to begin your journey, break through plateaus or take your performance to the next level. We track your progress with reassessments and offer additional support with our Health Behavior Coaching sessions and Metabolic Membership.

Metabolic Assessments

  • Body Composition

    Determine your precise amounts of body fat (visceral and subcutaneous percentages), muscle mass and bone mineral density. A DEXA Scan is the most comprehensive way to assess body composition. We help you distinguish where you are and where you want to be. Get to know your body and accurately measure your success.

    Figure out how intensely you need to exercise to reach your goals. A VO2MAX assessment will find your unique heart rate training zones and define your cardiovascular health. Learn how to balance aerobic and anaerobic workouts with your unique heart rate training zones. Work smarter, not harder for sustainable results.

  • Nutrition

    Discover the speed and function of your metabolism to learn how to properly fuel your body. A Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) assessment will tell you the amount of calories your body burns at rest, in a 24-hour period. This value is used to program your daily calories and macronutrients to achieve your goals. Eat real food for real results.
